The new semester is around the corner - and whether you're stepping into your first clinical or juggling a packed schedule, now’s the time to reset. This week’s issue has everything you need to prep: gear, time-saving tips, mindset shifts, and tools from students who’ve been there.

Schedule & Logistics
[ ] Confirm clinical site, start date, and preceptor info
[ ] Sync shift/class schedule to Google Calendar
[ ] Set recurring reminders for assignments & exams
[ ] Screenshot your clinical schedule for quick access

Gear & Supplies
[ ] Clean and restock scrubs
[ ] Refill badge reels, pens, and highlighters
[ ] Replace stethoscope batteries
[ ] Prep “go” bag: deodorant, gum, ibuprofen, extra socks
[ ] Restock study snacks and hydration supplies

Digital Organization
[ ] Create folders for each class and rotation
[ ] Download syllabi and orientation packets
[ ] Set up a simple note-taking system (Google Docs, Notion, OneNote)
