A reset isn’t about buying new tools — it’s about organizing and making your existing resources work harder for you:
Streamline your bag or locker: Remove old papers, snacks, or items you no longer use.
Create “ready to go” kits: Keep essential supplies like pens, report sheets, and a small reference guide together so you can grab them quickly.
Use what’s on hand: Repurpose containers, zip bags, or folders for organizing materials.
Keep key items visible: Store your stethoscope, penlight, and ID badge where you’ll see them before each shift.
Prep the night before: Lay out uniforms, pack your meals, and restock your work bag so mornings (or nights) are smoother.
