Whether you just passed the NCLEX or you’ve been charting and charging for over a year, this season still comes with a reset. Schedules pick up. Units get busy. Life outside of work doesn’t pause - and somehow, you’re still figuring it out as you go.

[ ] Ask your manager/preceptor about annual evals + growth goals
[ ] Set a reminder for license renewal deadlines
[ ] Save your CEU tracker or create one if you haven’t yet
Shift Organization
[ ] Reorganize your report sheet or shift “brain”
[ ] Restock scrubs, badge reels, pens, compression socks
[ ] Prep a small “reset kit” for your locker or bag: deodorant, protein bar, etc.
[ ] Build a folder with updated protocols or unit-specific resources
Personal Systems
[ ] Reclaim a routine outside of work - sleep, meals, movement, therapy
[ ] Plan one weekend just for yourself (no errands, no overtime)
[ ] Set one financial goal for this fall (debt, savings, travel fund)
[ ] Ask for help when you need it - burnout sneaks up quietly
